A20 | This is a computer file that an operation sysytem uses to identify the exact file type. It could be useful if the Personnel Number, as defined in the Personnel System, is used for this purpose. If a number is entered here, the system will retrieve the name from the applicable system, if it exists there. It is possible, however, to create complete new records here without reference to the Personnel or Student Systems. |

| File size limitations |
By default, the maximum allowed file size is set to 2 MB.
