Adhoc Requirements {BCS-4}

This option is used to define the various additional items that may be requested for the function, e.g. “Flowers”, “Refreshments”, etc..

Fields in the option:

Block 1: Adhoc Requirements

Field	Type & Length	Description
Code	A5	A unique code to identify the item.
Description	A30	A description of the item linked to the above code.
Charge Rate	N6	The tariff per unit of the item.
(B)illable/ (N)on-Billable	A1	{BOPS-1p2} on Services required (Y)es will use the Non-Billable items. In Block-6 of the same option it is Other Requirements and these item are billable.
