Seating Layouts  {BMNT-5}


This option consists of two blocks and is used to define the various seating layouts that can exist for the various functions that may be held.



Fields in the option:

Block 1:  Layou Definition

Description
Layout Code N3  A unique code to identify the layout.   
Default Layout A1 The default layout to be used when a booking is entered. Only one layout can be set to be default layout.

Block 2:  Seat Layout

Layout Code N3 A unique code to identify the layout. 
Block Number A2 Multiple block codes can be linked to a layout code. 
Row Number A2 Multiple rows can be linked to a block.
Number of Seats N5 The maximum number of seats per row number. 
Start at Seat Number N3 From the number of seats, the automatic allocation program {BOPR1-1} requires a seat number to start with in the allocation process.
