Parking Details {BMNT-8}


This option allows the user to define parking facilities available for functions during specified periods.
 

Fields in the option:

Block 1:  Parking Detail

Field Type

Length		 Description
Parking Code A4  An unique code for the grouping of fields Campus Code, Parking Area, Period Type, Parking Type and Number of Bays.
Campus Code N2 A valid campus code.  The campus description will be displayed.
Parking Area  A4 A unique code to identify the parking area.
Period Type A2 The period type indicator, e.g. “weekdays”, “weekends”, “after hours”, “public holidays”, etc.  The type description will be displayed.
Parking Type  A3 A valid parking type code.  The parking type description will be displayed.
Number of Bays  N5 The number of bays available for the combination of fields Campus Code, Parking Area, Period Type and Parking Type.
