Committee Code {COOPC-10}

This can be used to identify different committee codes needed to link Nominees to committees.

Fields in the option:

Block 1: Committee

Field	Type & Length	Description
Code	N6	A unique code to identify the committee.
Description	A30	A description of the committee e.g. Fund-raising Committee, Evaluation Committee.
Purpose	A60	The purpose of the Committee.

Block 2: Dates and Minutes of Meetings

Field	Type & Length	Description
Code	N6	Committee Code- as created in block 1.
Description	A30	Once the Code is selected- the description will be displayed.
Date	(DD-MON-YYYY)	The date on which the meeting will be held.
Reference	A10	The reference number of the minutes of the meeting can be entered here.
