@Print Student Links to Streams

The purpose of this report is to print default stream information with the start year, academic year and weeks and activities, that was set up at {COOPST-4}. Multiple pages will open for groups of 10 weeks.

System Select
	The program will determine the widest range of start- and end week numbers. E.g. two streams exist. Stream A and stream B. Stream A contains activities for week 20 to week 30. Stream B activities for week 10 to week 25. If [All] is the parameter chosen for the streams and the weeks, the program will print week headings from week 10 to week 30 for both streams. Similarly, if a stream only contains activities for weeks 20 to 30, and only that stream is printed, only weeks headings for weeks 20 to 30 will be printed.
