Alumni {FACO-3}


This option enables the user to generate ACB receipts for alumni.  All transactions up to the “up to date” are taken into consideration to generate receipts.  The action date of the receipt is the “up to date”.  A listing of all the generated receipts will be printed.  This option is also available as {SALUM-8}.


The parameters for the execution of this program are:

  (T)rial Run or (U)pdate Run?    A1 The only difference between the two is that a trial run enables the user to get a printout of all the transactions that will be generated, without actually generating any transactions.  The actual option produces a printout and generates ACB receipts.
Start/End Alumni Number  N9  
Amounts Payable up to which Action Date   DD-MON-YYYY Enter for System Date. Only transactions up to that date are taken into consideration to generate receipts.  It is also the action date of the receipts.
