Crtieria codes that are user defined, that can be linked to outcome levels.

Criteria Code A6 Enter the criteria code for which outcome levels must be defined. Only user defined criteria codes can be linked to outcome levels.
Outcome Level Description A60 Enter the description of the outcome level
Alternate Description A60 Enter the alternate description of the outcome level
Value N17.2 Enter the value for the specific outcome level that must be used.
