Maintain Sort Value Of Alpha Criteria  {FBLC-6}


The numerical values of all alphabetic sort criteria (AAAA range) for the allocation of bursaries/loans are defined in this option.

 Panel box 1:  Maintain Sort Value Of Alpha Crieteria


Field Type

Length		 Description
Bursary Code A7 Enter the applicable bursary code.
Criteria Type Code LOV Enter the applicable “AAAA” criteria code.  The code description will be displayed.
Character Value A6 The alphabetic character to be linked to the criteria code must be entered here. Note that more than one alpha character can be linked to a criteria code.
Numeric Value Of Field N4 This is the numerical value attached to the character value and the value which will be used during the sort process.
