Transfer Biographical Detail {FBLI-7}

Running this program is the first step in transferring money to Intellicard. This option will select the biographical data needed for Intellicard for all registered students.

In addition to creating a record for a student on Intellicard, they also use the information in the file to update the student biographical data on there database.

The user will be informed via email if the file was processed successfully or not.

Use Users e-mail address (Y)es/(N)o	A1	Whenever a file is created and send to Intellicard for processing, the ITS System expects an eMail back from Intellicard indicating if the file was successfully processed by them or not. The response eMail address is part of the file that is send to Intellicard and can either be the eMail address of the originating user or an eMail address set up in {GCS2-18} for Intellicard. Which eMail address is used is a user choice according to this input parameter. The SOD’s MU, MV and MX for subsystem BL as set up in {FCSM-1} indicates the eMail Address Type that will be used for the user eMail address from the applicable biographical record. If the address type linked to the SOD does not exist for the user, the program will select the primary eMail address of the user (contact sequence zero).
