Maintain Student not Awarded Reasons {FBLO-12}


This application allows the user to add or remove not awarded reasons for a student student / bursary combination.



Fields in the option:

Block 1:  Student Not Awarded Reasons: Search Panel

Bursary Year YYYY  Enter the year of bursary/loan.
Student Number N9 Enter the student number

Block 2:  Student Not Awarded Reasons

Student Name A40 Student Name
Block A2 Enter the block code.

Block Name

A30 Block Name
Bursary A7 Enter the bursary / loan code if the not awarded reason is for a specific bursary or loan. This field can be null to link a not awarded reason code to astudent.

Bursary Description

A20 Bursary Description
Reason A4 Enter the reason code why bursary / loan was not allocated.
Not Awarded Reason Code A40 Not Awarded Reason Code
Set by Option A7 The field will default to 12, meaning that the not awarded reason code was linked to the student from this option.
User A8 The user ID will default.
Date DD-MON-YYYY The date will default to system date.
