Trial Balance {FGLOR1-1}


This report reflects the balance on all general ledger accounts. A Budget Trial Balance is also available. The Budget Trial Balance reflects Actual values, as per normal Trial Balance, Budget, Commitments and Available funds.


It is important that the Function Levels for each account are set up correctly within the Account Structure on menu option {FCSO-3}.

Only posted transactions are reported.

Two new options were added. Comparative which shows the current and previous year's values and Excel/CSV which gives you the option of easily using the Trial Balance in Excel.

Include Comparative Year - (Y)es/(N)o A1 If Yes the report will print the amounts for the year of the trial balance and the previous year for both actual and budget as specified.
Report to be extracted in EXCEL/CSV format? - (Y)es/(N)o A1 If Yes and the TXT2XLS stylesheet is selected, the report will open in Excel in column A. Use the Text to Data functionality in the Data Menu/Ribbon, with the comma delimited option to place the values in their correct columns.
