Each of the jobs that are recorded on this subsystem will be linked to a trade such as carpentry, electrical, etc. These codes and descriptions are created here. A person in the personnel system must be linked to one of these trades.
Because individual jobs can be linked to trades, there is no need to distinguish between trades on the level of General Ledger Allocations. Reporting on costs per trade can be done directly from this subsystem.
