Job Statuses {FJCC-3}


A job goes through various steps until it is completed.  The status indicates the step through which it has gone.  


There are standard actions provided by ITS that the user cannot create.

The ITS defined actions are:

Description
Status Code A2  A user can define a status and link the status to the action code.
Status Description A30 The name of the status.
Action Code A4 The action code for the status. The list of values provides the ITS defined action codes which are: Job Created, Job Started, Job Printed, Job Completed and a NULL action code.  The user cannot change these defined action codes because the job status will change automatically when a certain event occurs.  Status codes linked to NULL action codes must be manually linked to the job in {FJCO-1b2}.
