This option is used for creating the various tasks that exist within the printing department and for linking a per unit rate to each of them. When this menu is selected, data will automatically be queried. A query on a specific Task Code is also allowed.

| Task Code | A6 | A code is created for each task.
It will be useful if the codes could be created in such a way that they
convey some meaning to the people using them e.g. - A42 A4s printed both sides - BIN50 Binding up to 50 pages etc. |
| Description | A40 | The description of the task. |
| Rate | N6.2 | The rate per unit for this task. These rates will be used to calculate the cost of requisitions under option {FPCO-1}. |
| Type of Charge | A1 | In the case of Masters, Artwork, Layout Charges, etc., it is
logical that the charge will be levied only once in respect of a
requisition, irrespective of the number of copies required. In
this case Single is chosen here to indicate that this is a single
charge. In the case of binding, printing of pages, etc., the charge is multiplied per copy. In this case Multiple is chosen to indicate that this charge will be applied to each copy requisitioned. |
