Completed Jobs {FPCO-2}

This option is similar to Block 2 of option {FPCO-1} where the tasks are initially entered on the system. This option is used to record the completion of tasks.

Fields in the option:

Block 1: Completed Jobs

Field	Type & Length	Description
Job Number	N8	Enter a job number to query.
Requisition Number	A10	Enter a requisition number to query.
Task Code	A6	Enter a task code to query.
Number of Copies	N8	The number of copies will be displayed.
Rate	N6.2	The rate will be displayed.
Quantity	N6	Enter the number per copy, enter a zero (0) to cancel or complete the task.
Amount	N15.2	The amount will be displayed.
(M)ultiple or (S)ingle Charge	A1	Whether it is (M)ultiple or (S)ingle will be displayed.
Serial Number	A15	Enter a serial number to query.
GLA	A6 + A8	The GLA will be displayed.
Allocated to	N9	Enter the personnel number of the machine operator.
Time Spent (Minutes)	N3	Enter the time spent in minutes.
Date and Time Completed	DD-MON-YYYY HHMM	Enter the date and time when the job was completed.

Processing Rule
Only the fields “Quantity” and “Allocated to” can be updated on this screen. The fields “Time Spent” and “Date and Time Completed” must be entered. The commitment that was raised in option {FPCO-1} will be reversed and a print costing journal generated against the expense GLA on the requisition. This program will now utilise the Asset No and Linked income Account setup on FPCO-1 block 2 and then distribute accordingly. Else it will utilise the default GLA and work currenlty as is. No further tasks will be allowed against a completed job. To cancel or complete a task, enter a zero (0) in the quantity field and complete the rest of the fields. If the last task of a requisition is recorded as being complete, the user will be alerted with a message: and the date and time as entered here will automatically be recorded as the completion date and time of the requisition under option {FPCO-1b1}.
