Action Code A2 This is the Action Code that should be linked to a Status.
Description A40 The Action Code Description.
System A1 The System to which the Action belongs to.
Message 1 A75 The First Message to be displayed for the Action.
Message 2 A75 The Second Message to be displayed for the Action.
