Reason for Stock Level Adjustment {FPMC-25}

When Stock Level Adjustments are done a reason for the adjustment is required. This option is where the reason codes and descriptions are defined.

Fields in the option:

Block 1:  Reason for Stock Level Adjustment.

Description A40 Description of the reason code.
