Change Cancellation Reasons {FPMC-8}


This option allows the creation of a table of cancel, complete, change or retain reasons which can, on cancellation, completion, changing or retaining of a Document or Item, be linked to specific Document or Item. 


Fields in the option:

  Panel Box 1:  Change / Cancellation / Retain Reasons

Field Type

Length		 Description
Code A6  Unique code for this cancellation/retain reason.
Description A30 Of the cancellation/retain reason such as "Supplier cannot deliver"
Print Letters A1 Should this reason be used in library letters Yes or No, default NULL
Type of Code A1 Valid values are Cancel / Complete / Change / Retain
