Management Report Structure {FPRCR1-21}
This option will allow the user to print the management report structure.
Upon entering this option, the user will be prompted for:
Previous Request:
A <LIST OF VALUES> is available and will list all previous report
requests. Should the user select one from the list, the answers
supplied will default.
