UIF Investigative Information {FPRIR2-6}

This report will display information regarding a persons UIF Details.

The Following UIF Details will be displayed upon running this menu option:

- Service Record dates of the Employee

- Nature of Person

- Foreign Tax Employee

- UIF Status

Upon entering this option, the user will be prompted for:

Previous Request:

A <LIST OF VALUES> is available and will list all previous report requests. Should the user select one from the list, the answers supplied will default.
