Maintain Student Employer and Memo Fields {FSAO-4}


This option is used to link a student to an employer and to maintain the memorandum information (notes to appear on the student's account) and is a subset of the students biographical information as defined in {SREGB-1}. This option is made up of  5 panel boxes,  'Search', 'Search Results', 'Student Details', 'Employer' and 'Memorandum Information'.



Fields in the option:
 
Panel Box 1: Search

Student Number  N9 The number of an existing student that the user wishes to query. If this student has already been linked to an employer in the biographical screen {SREGB-1}, the employer code and name will be displayed in the fields below.
Employer Code
 Drop Down
 An existing employer code. A drop down list is available.


Panel Box 2: Search Results

This is a display only panel box and will display the results of the search.


Panel Box 3: Students Details

This is a display only field and will display the details of the student selected in the 'Search Results' panel box.
