This report select records from table 3rd Party
Audit Trail {FSATPP-4} using the selection criteria and can only be run for Report
Rule Codes A and C or B, mixing
of two groups not permissible. The program creates two outputs.
First Output
The first output is a Standard ITS report which includes the selection criteria and headings of the report.
The output includes:
The file name of the Second Output file.
Any validation errors encountered.
The following validation errors may occur.
The student does not exist on the student biographical table
The External Qualification is not mapped to the Internal Qualification
where the External Body is equal to "NZQ"
and the External Type is equal to "QAW"
The External Subject does
not exist on the academic structure for the year
No subject registration is found for the audit trail record
or
The the student result code is excluded from reporting
Result codes are excluded from reporting
where the External Body is equal to "3RP"
and the External Type is equal to "ERC"
When the Hook on flagged is not Y or null
The external subject code
is not in the require format of the first 7 characters numeric and the
8th character between A and Z mixed case.
A count of the total number of Hook on 'Y' records
A count of the total number of Qualification records
A count of the total number of Subject records
A count of the total number of Passes
A count of the total number of Fails
A count of the total number of Exemptions
Second Output
File name: NZQA concatenated with the batch request number.txt
The file format is .txt and have three record formats namely

for the 3rd Party Report Code, 3rd Party Code,Audit Trail Record Type
and other selection criteria. If the 3rd Party Report Rule Code is equal to C% then select Certificate Seen Y/N form the Certificate Seen table for the student Where Certificate Seen Code is equal to the Internal Code Certificate Seen Code and the External Body is equal to "3RP" and the External Type is equal to "CS0" for rule code C0, "CS1" for C1, "CS2" for C2, "CS3" for C3 or "CS4" for C4 If Certificate Seen Y/N is equal to Yes set the in the second output file Hook-on to Null else Set Hook-on to Y |
