Each system may be linked to a Sub-System e.g. the Student system is linked to 'A' Student Alumni, 'S' Student and 'Q' Student Enquiry Sub-system Indicators. The description of the system and sub-system will be displayed.

Sub-System Indicator A2 The subsystem code linked to the system may be entered in this field. The <LIST> function will display all valid codes
Description A30 The description of the subsystem may be entered and will be displayed when the code is selected.
