Link Countries to International Zones - {gcs-38}

The economic zones will be used to link travel cost codes to a zone instead of a rate linked to every country. In this option countries with the same travel cost code should be linked to the same zone code.

Fields in this option:

Block 1: Country Codes.

Field	Type & Length	Description
Country code	N4	This is the unique ISO standard country code.
Description	A80	This is the description of the country code.
Zone code	N4	This is the zone code created in {GCS-41}.
Active	A1	Yes/No Indicates whether the country code is still in use and this can be changed at any time.
