Disability codes can be created to
indicate the physical disabilities for which a building / room is
unfriendly. These codes will be used in the Space, Personnel and
Student Systems.

| Code | A3 | Enter a code for the disability. |
| Description | A30 | Enter a description for the disability. |
| Additional Application Points | N2 | Enter any additional points that are to be added to the total score of the applicant. |
| Stock Item Code | N8 | Enter the item code applicable to this disability. For study guide brochures on disabilities see Outline Study Guide and Enquirer Brochure Manual. |
| Active Y/N | A1 | Indicate if disability code is Active = Y/N |
| Use iEnabler Y/N | A1 | Indicate if a code may be used on the iEnabler Y/N. |
