A1 | Print this postal code (Y)es or (N)o on
documentation. Often used for students living outside the borders of
South Africa. Please note that the three-character codes for "Non-South-African" Countries as used for Statistical reporting are used as the Postal Codes in addresses. Whenever addresses are printed by the system, as for instance under menu SLLL, any three-character codes will not be printed. ITS supplies an initial list of records under this option. The user must update and add records as new postal codes are created. Note that more than one name may apply to a single postal code and that all of the names can be entered here. |
