Any records inserted with {HEMIS1-1},{HEMIS1-2}, {HEMIS1-3} and {HEMIS1-4} or changes made in this option will be removed if the information is again extracted later by running {HEMIS1-1}, {HEMIS1-2}, {HEMIS1-3} and {HEMIS1-4}.

if the sequence number of a student in the Student file is 100, then the
student appears as the 100th student in the HEMIS data for table 2001. |
