Maintain Clinic Debtors {HMNT-3}


This option is used to update the biographical detail of the Clinic Debtor and the dependants. Fixed information on debtors is maintained, such as identification and location.  Different control totals and records are automatically kept by the system; such information will be displayed but cannot be updated by the user.

Block 1:  Debtor Detail

Patient Status A2 This will display from {HOPS-1} once an appointment is made: it cannot be updated in this option.

Block 5:  Maintain Dependants

Field Type

Length		 Description
Debtor Code N9 The debtor code will default from the previous block.
Dependant Number N2 Enter the number relating to the dependant.
Surname A30 Enter the dependant's surname.
First Names A6 Enter the first names of the dependant.
Gender A1 Enter the gender of the dependant
Date of Birth DD-MON-YYYY Enter the Date of Birth of the dependant.
Relationship A20 Enter the relationship of the dependant to this debtor.
