This option allows the user to view information on the Practitioners appointments. The following will be displayed after selecting the practitioner and clinic.

| Appointment Date | DD-MON-YYYY | Enter the date for which the appointment was made. |
| Clinic Code | A4 | Enter the Clinic code. The name will be displayed. |

| Patient number | N9 | Personnel, Student, Other or Alumni number Patient number. |

| Building number | N4 | Number of the Building. |
| Floor | N2 | Floor number. |
| Room | A7 | Room number. |
| Consultation Code | A8 | Consultation Code and Description. |
| Patient Status | A2 | Status of the patient. |
| Debtor Code | N9 | Debtor code if any. |
| Assistant Type and Number | A1+N9 | Assistant’s type, number and description. |
| Medical Aid | N9 | Medical aid number and description. |
