Interaction Reasons {KCS-10}


This code structure defines the reason for having the interaction with a representative from another organisation.
These codes are linked to Contacts in option {KOPS-4} "Contact Interaction".

A code may not be deleted if it's used in {KOPS-4}.

Code A4  A unique code for this reason for interaction.
Description A30 Interaction reason description e.g. to raise funds, first-time contact, to build relationship, courtesy visit etc.
