Identification of Donations {KCS-5} 


This code structure helps the user to group/categories pledges or donations per identification code.  This is important for follow-up purposes, especially with regards to new pledges.  These codes are used in option {KOPS-5} “DONATIONS/PLEDGES”, to make such a distinction.


Fields in the option:

Block 1:  Identification of Donations

Field Type

Length		 Description
Code A4  A unique code for this donation
Donation Description A30 E.g. first time donation, a pledge, donation by an existing donor, etc.
Alternate Description A30 The description in an alternate language.
