Donation Earmarked for {KCS-7}


Many pledges and donations are made to support a specific cause at the Institution.  This code structure allows the user to keep track of dona­tions in those cases where the donor has specified the use of the donation.  These codes are used in option {KOPS-5} “DONATIONS/­PLEDGES” to ensure that donations are correctly channeled and utilised.


Fields in the option:

Block 1:  Donation Earmarked For

Code A4  A unique code for this earmark
Description A30 E.g. donation for physically handicapped students only, etc.
