Interaction Types   {KCS-9}


This code structure defines the nature of the interaction with Con­tacts.  Such interaction can be formal or informal.  These codes are linked to Contacts in option {KOPS-4} “CONTACT INTER­ACTION”.

Code A4  A unique code for this type of interaction
Description A30 A Description of Interaction types e.g. telephone, correspondence, face-to-face, etc.
