Three types of contact individuals are identified in this three-Block option.
In Block 1, the option is used to create
“Other users” on the system (individuals who are not
employed by the institution) and to indicate if the person is a
representative of any particular company.
In Block 2 the user may display a staff member's information and also indicate if the person is a representative for the Institution.
Block 3 specified the hobbies and/or interests of the contact individual

Title | A4 | Enter the title of the person, e.g. Mr., Mrs., Dr. The <LIST> function contains all the Titles that can be use on the system. To create a new Title use option {GCS-9} |

First Name | A40 | Enter the first name of the person |
Birth Date | DD-MON-YYYY | Enter the birth date of the person |
Gender | A1 | Enter (M)ale or (F)emale. The description is displayed by the system. |
Language | A1 | Enter (E)nglish or (A)lternate. The description is displayed by the system. |
Representative? | A1 | Enter (Y)es or (N)o, depending on whether the person is representing a company or external organisation. The default value is (N)o. |
Designation | A40 | Enter the job title of the person. |
Company Name | A30 | Enter the name of the company that this person represents. |
