History Donations/Pledges {KOPS-6} 


The operational Donations/Pledges screens are available under option {KOPS-5}.  Use option also for more detail on this option.

This screen purpose are:

Maintain history information.

This facility is intended for the capturing of all past donations. Donations/Pledges received before you start using this system.

Cannot create a new record in block 1.

May update existing block 1 records, all fields except fields Donation and Contact Number.

Block 2

Can create only type of pledges Unknown records

Can update records for the rest of the type of pledges.

NB. Date Received is an mandatory field and when complete will not generated transaction to the AR system.

Once this option has been used to capture all historical data (donations received), the user is strongly advised to close the option for future use.
