The
periods for which items can be issued can be determined by the system
user: these can be structured either to fit in with the institutional
timetable or for fixed periods, of approximately one hour at a time. Short loans
periods can be set up as fixed periods or fixed times.
Pre-requisites to using this option:
The library must remember to set the parameter in {LSLC-1} to indicate whether the short loans are per period or fixed time.With this structure the following will apply:
