Batch Budget Journal Adjustments {MEBO-8}

This option is the same as {FGLO-2} in the General Ledger, except that the transaction type used, should be defined as belonging to the Budget System (Subsystem = BC).  Transactions will be posted to the General Ledger with the current BC cycle.
