Oliver Interface

This program may be used to generate a comma-delimited interface file to the Oliver Library System

The following Parameters should be entered in System Operational Definitions {SMNT-12}, all are for Subsystem "BI"

The directory for the interface file must be specified in "Directories for *ftp* Transfers" for System "STUD" and function "OLIVER"

Processing Rules
1	The facility "Schedule Programs" may be used to schedule this program to run periodically. If it is used, the Selection Criteria "Start Date" will automatically be updated to the Date of the last previous run of the program to ensure that only changes in the data since the previous run is included in the interface file.
2	The date of the run becomes part of the file name of the interface file, making it possible to retain the interface file for different runs. Note that is the program is executed more than once on the same day, the previous interface file for the day will be overwritten with changes to student records since it was created.
