Tasks for Post/KPA {P00009-1p3}

This screen will display a list of Tasks related to a Key Performance Area for a Post.

Records maintained here may also be maintained in the back-office system in KPA/Task Requirements per Post {PSDOP-17}, and Tasks are linked to Key Performance Areas in Key Performance Areas {PSDCS-5}

• View Skills/Competencies
• Upon selection, the Skills/Competencies screen (A facility to maintain the Skills or Competencies relating to the selected Task {PSDCS-4} for the selected post) will be opened
• Remove
  
• Upon selection, the Task will be removed from the Post

• Add a Task
• This will open a screen whereby a Task, as defined in Task Codes {PSDCS-4} may be linked to the Post. 
• Only Tasks linked to the Key Performance Area indicated on the screen will be available. 
• Tasks are linked to Key Performance Areas in in Key Performance Areas {PSDCS-5}. 
• When saved, the record may also be queried in the "Tasks per Post" - tab of Key Performance Areas for the Post {PSDOP-17}
