Approve Overtime Work Agreement {P00012-2}

This program is used to approve applications for Overtime Work Agreements.

1. Overtime Application Approval screen

• A list of all Overtime Applications to be approved by the person logged into the iEnabler will display on the screen.
• The Approver will be able to view supporting documents as well as upload additional documents.
• If the approver rejects the Overtime agreement, a rejection reason must be selected from  the LOV. The rejection reasons are maintained in {FPRG-15}.
• The user must select the record to be approved, select the desired outcome code and 'Save' the record.
