Overtime Query {P00012-5}

This program is used to query the status of Applications for Overtime Work Agreements well as Claims against Overtime Work Agreements for the person who is logged in or any person reporting to him/her.

1. Query screen 

• This screen contains radio buttons for the user to select whether Applications for Overtime Work Agreements or Claims against Overtime Work Agreements must be queried.
  
• A set of filter fields exists to refine the query:
• Applicant Number
• Department
• Post
• Start date
• End date
• Routing request number
• Responsible person to action

• Please note all the filter fields enterd will be used in combination
• If no filter fields are entered, all overtime application or claims data will be selected of the person logged into the iEnabler and all personnel reporting to him/her.
• When the 'Search' button is clicked on a screen containg the a list with the selected data will be displayed.

2. Query Result List
   

• The following fields are displayed:
• Personnel number and name
• Overtime Applicantion Sequence (Click on this field to view the detail)
• Department
• Post
• Application date
• Status
• Approved - The application or claim has been approved.
• In Process - The Application or Claim is in the process of being captured and has not been submitted for approval.
• Waiting for Approval - The application or claims have been submitted for approval.
• Reject - The application or claim has been rejected.
• Routing request number
• The list of Overtime Work Agreemnts will also display
• Total Hours for the Agreement
• Available (Unclaimed) Hours
• In cases where the Agreement is "Approved, and there are no Claims in status "Waiting" or "In Process", there is a link to "Disable Available Hours", this link will allow the user to change the Status of the Agreement to "Finalised" while at the same time releasing the budget.
