Notes Classification Codes  {PACS-8}


Additional notes can be added to personnel biographical records and this option allows the user to classify notes.


Fields in this option:

Panel Box 1:  Notes Classifications.

Code A2  Supply a unique code for this note classification.
Description A30 Supply a suitable description for the code
