Union Codes  {PACS-9}


In this option, codes for Unions, Union membership roles and Union agreements may be defined.



When the user enters this option, he / she will be presented with a code structure list as follows:
 

Users may choose the applicable code structure to work with.

Fields in this option:

Block 1:  Union Definition.

Union A4  Supply a unique code and description for the Union.
Description A40 Supply the description or Union Name.

Block 2:  Union Membership Roles

Role A12 Supply a unique code for the union membership role.
Description A30 Supply a suitable description for the membership role

Union A4 Supply a unique code and description for the union.
Agreement A60 Supply the detail of the recognition agreement.
Agreement Date (DD-MON-YYYY) Supply the date on which the agreement was finalised.
