This option will allow the administrator to define and maintain person types. Refer to Overview of the iEnabler Appointments for more information.

| Code | A2 | A unique code to identify the person type with. |
| Description | A30 | A description for the person type code. |
| Long Description | A80 | A long description for the person type code field. When this field is not left blank, it will be displayed in the iEnabler Appointments instead of the description field. |
