Reason Codes for Unequal Pay {PACS2-10}

This option allows the administrator to define and maintain Reason Codes to be used by Web Appointments,  where the hourly rate of the person being appointed is less than the defined rate linked to the Rank the person is being appointed to. Refer to Overview of the iEnabler Appointments for more information.


Fields in the option:

Block 1:  Reason for being paid less than the related rate

Length		 Description
Code A2 A unique Code to identify the reason for being paid less than the defined rate of pay.
Description A30  A description of the reason.
