Reason for Appointment per Period of Time {PACS2-11}

This option will allow the administrator to define and maintain Reason Codes for Appointments greater than 3 months. Refer to Overview of the iEnabler Appointments for more information.

Fields in the option:

Block 1: Reason for Appointments greater than 3 months

Field	Type & Length	Description
Code	A2	The Reason Code why a person is appointed for more than 3 months.
Description	A30	A Description for the Reason Code for Appointments greater than 3 months.
