Maintain Work Locations {PAOP-21}


This option affords the opportunity to update the primary work locations of personnel without having to give access to menu option {PBOP-2} – Service Records.



Fields in this option:

Block 1:  Primary Appointment Work Location

To update the work location, users need only query the person involved and update the campus, building, floor and room number.

Building N4 Building code for this  primary appointed personnel members work location.
Floor N4 Floor number for this primary appointed personnel members work location.
Room A7 Room Number.
