Start New Evaluation Cycle {PEMT-2}
This option will set the complete indicator to Y on all the evaluations on {PEOP-4}
where the complete indicator is set to N. After this option is exercised, NO
evaluations can be done on the previous evaluation sets. New
evaluation sets with questions will, however, be created by this option
with the new due date.
