On this option, personnel skills for the tasks allocated to the post are appraised.
Only users who are defined as
appraisers for the person concerned may appraise personnel skills. See {PEOP-4}.

| Personnel | N9 | When the user (appraiser) supplies the personnel number of the person for whom the personnel skills are to be appraised, the program will validate that the user (appraiser) is authorised to conduct the appraisal. The post, appraiser and appraisal due date default automatically. |
| Skill Code | A4 | The appraiser supplies a valid skill code for the post that has been defined on menu option {PEOP-5}. Should the person (appraisee) not have the required skill, the equating skill must be supplied. The appraiser then supplies the appraisal points attained by the appraisee in the field ‘Points awarded’. |
